The Sweepstakes is administered in connection with Police Week 2026 training events hosted at The Ranch TX.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, instructors, or immediate family members of The Ranch TX, LLC and its affiliates, partners, promotional agencies, and event staff are not eligible to participate.
Certain prizes (such as professional training courses or regulated equipment) may require additional eligibility criteria including but not limited to:
• U.S. citizenship
• compliance with federal regulations (including ITAR where applicable)
• proof of training prerequisites
• compliance with federal, state, and local laws
Failure to meet eligibility requirements for a specific prize may result in forfeiture of that prize and selection of an alternate winner.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Each individual sweepstakes will list its own entry start date and end date on the applicable sweepstakes entry page.
Unless otherwise stated, entries will be accepted from the time the sweepstakes is published until the announced closing date or drawing time.
Entries received after the stated deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the official entry page located at:

Entries may be submitted by:
Online Entry
Submitting the required information on the official sweepstakes entry page.
Optional Paid Entry
Participants may purchase additional sweepstakes entries where offered. Purchasing entries is optional and does not guarantee winning.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchase, mail a handwritten entry including:
• Full name
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Name of the specific sweepstakes being entered

Mail entries must be postmarked before the entry deadline and received within seven (7) days before the closing date.
Limit one (1) free mail-in entry per person per sweepstakes unless otherwise specified.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted using automated systems, bots, or other methods intended to circumvent these rules.
5. Prizes
Prizes will vary depending on the specific sweepstakes and will be described on the applicable sweepstakes page.
Examples may include:
• training course enrollments
• equipment or gear
• event experiences
• product giveaways
Approximate retail value (ARV) of prizes will be listed on the specific sweepstakes page.
Prizes are:
• non-transferable
• not redeemable for cash
• subject to availability
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If a prize exceeds IRS reporting thresholds, the winner may be required to complete a W-9 form and receive a 1099 tax form.
Travel, lodging, ammunition, gear, and other expenses related to training prizes are not included unless explicitly stated.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the specific sweepstakes.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by The Ranch TX or its designated representative.
For Police Week event drawings, winners may be announced:
• during Police Week events
• during scheduled event dinners or livestreams
• via email notification
Winners will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
If a winner:
• cannot be contacted
• fails to respond within seven (7) days
• fails to meet eligibility requirements
• fails to provide required documentation
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, the winner grants The Ranch TX and its partners permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, and statements for promotional, advertising, and media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
• tampers with the entry process
• violates these rules
• attempts to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes
Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless:
The Ranch TX, LLC and its affiliates, partners, instructors, sponsors, employees, agents, and representatives
from any liability, injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from:
• participation in the Sweepstakes
• acceptance or use of any prize
• technical failures or website issues
• unauthorized intervention or fraud
11. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located within the State of Texas.
Participants agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.
Participants waive any claims for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and communication related to the event.
Participants may receive communications from The Ranch TX and may unsubscribe at any time.
13. Winners List
To request the name of a winner or a copy of these official rules, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
