Why VCT?
Vehicle Containment Technique (VCT)
High-speed pursuits often put officers and the public at extreme risk. VCT is designed to prevent those pursuits before they begin. Through coordinated movement, vehicle contact, and tactical control, officers learn to contain and apprehend suspects with speed, safety, and surgical precision.
We know some departments or organizations deploy a version of “ Pinning” Tactics change and Vehicle containment is no different. Come learn how to take down the most violent criminals in your community and mitigate the chances of a violent encounter.
This course provides hands-on training that departments across the country are beginning to adopt as standard procedure for high-risk felony apprehensions.

- Rifle and pistol (dry only, no ammo on site during VCT)
- Eye and ear protection
