Scoped Gas Gun

The Scoped Gas Gun clinic can be taken as a standalone course or added to a 2-day Performance Pistol or American Gas Gun course. This is an intermediate to advanced level course designed for shooters who have completed basic gas gun training and are looking to enhance their skills with magnified optics. This clinic focuses on the effective use of magnified optics, reticles, and engaging targets at distance from a variety of shooting positions.

Cost: $350 or added to Performance Pistol for $280 plus $50 per day range fee

Course details:

• Building reliable and repeatable shooting positions
• Understanding principles of stability
• Confirming zero and making necessary adjustments
• Engaging targets from barricaded positions, to include tripods
• Managing magnification on targets
• Conducting timed drills
• Precision shooting at speed
• Learning how to gain speed in precision shooting and how to train

Gear:

• Recommended 200 rounds of quality match ammunition
• Semi-automatic carbine with a variable power magnified optic (5.56/.223 caliber minimum)
• Sling, bipod, and stability bag for support
• Note-taking materials, rifle cleaning kit, and shooting mat
• Water, food, and seasonally appropriate clothing

Recommended but not required:

• Laser range finder
• shooting tripod
• spotting scope
• binoculars

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment must be made in full for desired training sessions. Lessons will not be refunded unless JBS Training Group needs to cancel for an unforeseen reason.
